Good Darjeeling, bit slow

Bought some First Flush Darjeeling loose leaf. It was really good, fresh. Took about 5 days to reach Pune though. Wish it was a bit faster but the tea made up for it.

This was my third order from Teabox, and they haven't disappointed yet. I usually get their Assam Tea; it's always fresh and vacuum-packed properly. This time I also tried the Hibiscus Tea, which was a nice change. The delivery to Chennai was around 4 days, which is standard for them. The ordering process itself was pretty straightforward on the website – no real issues there. My package arrived about a week later, which felt a bit slow compared to other online stores I use, but it did get here. Everything was packaged well, no damage to the tea caddies or anything. The quality of the tea is genuinely good, especially the Darjeeling. You can tell it's a step up from what you get in regular supermarkets. I had a small query about one of the matcha types, and their customer support got back to me the next morning, which was decent. Overall, I'm satisfied with the products, just wish shipping was a tad faster. Would probably order again for the quality.
